CONDITIONS OF ENTRY-ART
- All entries MUST be framed and prepared for hanging with wire. NO SAWTOOTH BRACKETS. NO STRING OR TAPE. If not prepared accordingly, the entry WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. EXCEPTION Sculptures.
- Items submitted in Drawing & Misc. Category and Sculpture Category: No frame or wire hanger required for items in these categories.
- Art is to be the “ORIGINAL” work of the exhibitor. This means no copies or facsimiles of other artist’s work.
- Students may submit a copy of an old Masters work and must be labeled as a copy.
- Any work of art that has previously won a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd at this fair is not eligible to compete.
- No more than 1 entry per Lot (or category) with a maximum of 3 entries in all Lots.
- Anyone who earns more than 25% of their total income from art is considered a professional and is not permitted to enter.
- DEFINITION OF LOT WILL BE ENFORCED!
- No Porcelain Painting.
- The Committee will exercise maximum care of all articles on exhibit, but will not be responsible for loss or damage.
- Entries must have been created within the last 5 years.
- Digital or AI Generated Material will not be judged.
